The role will sit within our Finance Transformation team which brings together consulting professionals with a background in implementing change in finance functions for large corporate clients. The team works with clients to improve the operating efficiency and effectiveness of their finance functions, often with improvements to their underlying technology solutions. We aim to take out clients’ finance functions beyond being “score keepers” and instead positioning finance as the “co-pilot” to the business, at the centre of driving growth and decision making. Applicants should have prior experience in a large corporate, as well as in-depth knowledge of finance processes and technology. As the Pen Test Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of talented penetration testers, ensuring the successful delivery of critical security assessments for our diverse clientele. You'll wear multiple hats, acting as a technical expert, project manager, and strategic leader, driving both individual and team growth.

We are seeking talented individuals with experience of SAP S/4HANA across various solution process areas with experience in both advisory and implementation capacities.

This is a high-profile role within the team, requiring strong client delivery skills and experience whilst supporting business development opportunities to grow the practice

The Role

• Lead the design and delivery of a Supply Chain workstream on a large SAP S/4HANA project
• Use Business skills along with knowledge of SAP Supply Chain workstream to design and implement complex solutions for customers and between other workstreams
• Understand client supply chain requirements and integration points with other functional areas, to optimise the processes and maximise the benefits of SAP
• Design and implement process improvements by going through the project cycle (design, build, test, training, go-live, post go-live support)
• Advise on technical integration of the SAP application with other customer and 3rd party tools/applications within Supply Chain
• Lead and Support business development and sales initiatives including bid and proposal support/presenting with our SAP clients
• Monitor SAP and Industry trends including awareness of SAP Roadmap and enhancements

The Person

SAP Supply Chain functional expertise in at least one of the following solution areas:

  • SAP Enterprise Asset Management/PM/MRO

• Strong functional understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain process area and how they integrate with other business functions
• Advise on technical integrations of SAP applications with other client and 3rd party tools/applications in the Supply Chain process area
• SAP system design, build and deployment experience – 4 full lifecycle implementations preferred
• Experience of SAP in Manufacturing industries, Consumer Packaging Goods, Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, or Retail
•  Experience of facilitating a design workshop and then translating the requirements into design
• Ability to build strong client relationships based on subject matter expertise and quality of delivery
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues, and synthesize large volume of information
• Strong interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skills
• Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with varying team members 
• Self-starter attitude and ability to work well within ambiguity

• Support business development and sales initiatives including bid and proposal support with our SAP clients (comfortable in presenting to C-Suite Stakeholders)
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and supporting multiple activities such as mentoring and capability knowledge transfer to enhance the practice.
• Possess working knowledge of digital trends in Supply Chain (e.g., ESG, Industry 4.0, SCM Digital Solutions that integrate with SAP)
• Team Lead Experience (on/offshore)
