The Financial Services (FS) Reward practice at KPMG is a dedicated team that provides reward solutions to both UK and non-UK headquartered FS clients. The IOGC is divided into three sub teams. This role will sit within the IOGC Corporate and Commercial sub team which provides legal advice on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. This includes helping to design and execute global strategic initiatives (including our global insurance programs) and advising on issues related to KPMGI’s structure and network arrangements, KPMGI corporate secretarial matters, KPMGI governance, KPMGI banking & financing and KPMGI insurances.

This is a senior, client-facing role focused on pre-deal technology due diligence and value creation for private equity investors.

You will lead the delivery of complex buy-side and sell-side engagements, working directly with Investment Directors, Operating Partners, CIOs and management teams.
