The Technology Implementation Manager will support the adoption and implementation of KPMG’s compliance technology platform across both the UK and EMA firms. You will manage innovation through automation, analytics, and data driven solutions, enabling multinational clients to achieve global tax and accounting compliance with greater efficiency, accuracy, and control.

As part of KPMG’s $5bn investment in technology over five years, you will play a key leadership role in helping both our clients and our internal teams harness the power of technological advances, particularly in artificial intelligence, to better manage tax obligations and drive business value.

In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of innovative projects and propositions, leading a team of business analysts and project delivery leads. You will work closely with clients to co-create and implement cutting-edge solutions that address their most pressing tax challenges, with a particular focus on AI-driven transformation. Internally, you will collaborate with senior leaders across our tax and technology practices to execute our business strategy and champion the adoption of new technologies, ensuring our teams remain at the forefront of industry change.

While prior experience in tax or accounting is advantageous, it is not required. We are seeking candidates with a strong track record in technology-driven project delivery, a passion for innovation, and the ability to inspire teams and clients alike.

We are a national team of over 140 transfer pricing specialists including 14 Partners based in London and key UK cities.  There is a good mix of tax professionals, accountants and economists with backgrounds from industry, practice and HMRC.  This variety of backgrounds will give you the opportunity to work with people who are experts in their field and help you to build a diverse skillset....
