We are looking for talented and driven Equity Reward specialists to work in our team and who are excited by the opportunity to be a key part of an exciting growth journey.   Clients will range from working with a diverse range of privately owned business (ranging from owner-managed to private equity), as well as listed businesses.  The successful applicant will want to be involved in business development activities, including client proposals, internal and external presentations and writing material on technical and other matters. As a Senior Test Manager, you will spearhead highimpact S/4HANA transformations, leading the end to end testing strategy, governance, and delivery across complex programmes and multiple workstreams. You will ensure quality and innovation across large-scale, diverse landscapes while providing strong leadership to testing teams, managing stakeholders at all levels, and driving continuous improvement in testing processes, tooling, and automation.

The role of the Solution Architect is to help the Finance and Commercial domain deliver its business strategy through technology. They must work with technology implementation projects to translate the business requirements into detailed solution architecture designs; challenge the business strategy based on emerging and future technology trends; help business Capabilities to design and govern their technology roadmap, i.e. a portfolio of technology transformation projects that deliver the business and technology strategies; influence business and technology stakeholders to adopt the right technology solutions; and escalate risks, issues and critical dependencies to the appropriate leaders as required to ensure the successful delivery of the strategy.
