We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager to join our rapidly expanding Corporate Treasury Services team. Our team is focused on serving the world's leading Corporate Treasuries with their most complex business challenges. The team offer deep treasury expertise in financial products and markets, risk management, systems, governance, valuation and accounting. We work closely with other high impact functions within KPMG such as Audit, Risk Consulting and Management Consulting to provide a wide range of treasury advisory services.

Required. Head of Transformation & Group Corporate Services Communications Duration: 2 year secondment With the creation of Group Corporate Services (GCS) on 1 October 2025, and all firmwide transformational change agreed and led from within it, we are augmenting the Internal Communication leadership team with a critical new role. The Head of Transformation & Group Corporate Services (T&GCS) Communications will lead a team that is focused on shaping and delivering transformational change to the firm, while also business partnering the GCS function, to build confidence, trust and pride in the leadership and strategy of this part of the firm. As well as playing a key role in the embedding and adoption of strategic change and transformation programmes across KPMG, this senior position will work closely with the other IC Leadership Team members to understand the pipeline of change for the firm, be that GCS or Capability led, and create and oversee a flexible resourcing model to deliver change well. They are accountable for the development, planning and delivery of key transformation and change communications projects in support of our transformation agenda; and high-profile campaigns and messages required to land change successfully and for the long term for the firm. The role holder is expected to build comprehensive stakeholder networks across the business and lead the team in the delivery of complex messaging and collateral across KPMG’s mix of channels, providing strategic advice, counsel and best practice in the generation and use of different content to deliver sustainable change. They have end to end responsibility for all aspects of the T&GCS Team, from quality assurance through to performance management and development. They will work with the Heads of Internal Change and Learning leads to land change holistically for our colleagues. What you will do

• Contribute to multi-disciplinary engagements, taking ownership of workstreams within legal operating model, legal technology, and managed services projects.
• Provide subject matter expertise and market insights on legal transformation and AI-enabled contracting.
• Support the design and delivery of transformation roadmaps structured around our methodologies.
• Assist in developing go-to-market strategies, methodologies, and collateral, as well as alliance partner relationships.
• Act as a connector across KPMG service lines (e.g. Finance, Procurement, CIO Advisory, Risk, People & Change) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support development of quick wins for clients such as template rationalisation, playbook creation, and CLM process mapping.

Leadership & Management

• Report to Managers and Senior Managers, supporting the growth of our service offerings and methodologies.

• Support business development, marketing, and knowledge capture to strengthen LBS’s positioning in the market.

Skills & Experience

• Strong consulting toolkit, with experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder workshops.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with legal operations, legal technology, or managed services is desirable.
• Project management experience (formal qualifications advantageous but not essential).
• Commercial acumen and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and to budget.
