SAP S/4 HANA Finance Enterprise Architect

The role of the SAP S/4 HANA Finance Enterprise Architect is to develop the UK Firm’s technology strategy for Finance and Engagement Management domain and translate this into a roadmap that determines our investment priorities and transformation portfolio. The technology strategy needs to promote a seamless, end-to-end customer and employee experience by enabling the efficient creation and modification of effective and reusable technology components. In particular, the strategy should promote the use of modern, Cloud-based technologies; support typical Finance use cases; challenge the business strategy based on emerging and future technology trends; and establish a catalogue that supports the reuse of new technology components, whilst targeting legacy applications and technology for decommissioning. The role should also help to execute and govern the strategy, by helping solution architects and projects to design solutions that are fit for purpose and conform to our standards and patterns.

We are looking for early career Hybrid Platform Architects / Systems Engineers that are comfortable providing advice and delivering to senior client technologists across our whole client base but, in particular, this role will be aligned to our well-established National Security team.

You will have knowledge of both the traditional enterprise landscape, as well as an appreciation of the major cloud platforms and the opportunities, capabilities and pitfalls they present. You will be responsible for helping KPMG to clarify client problems and assist the development of logical and implementable solutions to those problems through robust analysis.

A key focus for KPMG’s GCT team is to help multinational groups and financial services clients manage their global tax compliance, reporting and statutory accounting obligations, through outsourcing, co-sourcing, transformation and technology. • KPMG Law wishes to hire a Senior Manager  - with substantial  post qualified experience in the real estate sector ideally working for clients with repeat activity. 
• The KPMG Law UK real estate team started in December 2023 and is now 11 strong including 5 Partners with further growth plans during 2026 already acting on repeat investment, development and asset management mandates for private equity funds, sovereign wealth and listed property company clients.
• The successful candidates will have experience within corporate and/or transactional Real Estate and may or may not have a portable practice that they will bring with them to KPMG.
• The primary focus of the hires will be meaningful deal experience in this space (KPMG is not looking for real estate tax lawyers as part of these hires).
• Ideally the candidates will be known in the market with good contacts in the target client base.
