KPMG’s Pensions Advisory business continues to build out its new pensions team, and requires individuals that can bring different skill-sets to the team.

We are looking for a talented Consultant to join our team, who will be responsible for working closely with colleagues in the area of defined benefit pensions. Specific areas of focus, but not exhaustive, will include

• Journey planning and risk management, aiming for self-sufficiency or buy out, and endgame options including use of surplus
• Funding advice to sponsors and advice on compliance with DB funding code
• Advice on contingent funding options and work on special purpose vehicles
• Pensions due diligence on mergers and acquisitions
• Provision of member education and communication
• Advice on benefit change, benefit design and implementation
• Advice on good governance and compliance

HR M&A was set up as part of the Integration & Separation (I&S) team in Deal Advisory, which has been growing year on year and seen by our clients as a market leader. We have worked on some of the largest and most high-profile client engagements in the deals space, including multi-billion spins, integration of global mega mergers, disposals of non-core assets for large multinationals. We have launched a market differentiating digital engagement platform for M&A as well as a campaign focused on ‘the Human Side of Deals’, and we continue to drive digital innovation.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Director to join our successful team focussed on debt financing, transfer pricing advisory within large corporates.

As an Assistant Manager within KPMG's Cyber and Digital Health team, you will help healthcare organisations strengthen cyber resilience, meet evolving regulatory expectations and deliver secure technology-enabled transformation. You will lead workstreams across complex healthcare cyber engagements, supporting clients to assess and improve cyber capability, respond to DSPT-CAF requirements, strengthen governance and risk management, and embed cyber resilience across digital health programmes.
