As our Powered HR practice continues to grow we are seeking talented individuals with experience of Oracle implementations. This is a high-profile role within the team, requiring a balance of business development / sales origination and client delivery.

We are looking for seasoned GBS practitioners to join us and help grow our GBS advisory practice in the UK, to shape and articulate the GBS/SSC strategy and value proposition to C-level and VP level clients.

You'll design and develop GBS/SSC shared services operating models for our clients across various corporate functions such as finance, HR, IT, supply chain/logistics, procurement etc including governance and service management capabilities, along with the service catalogues and service level agreements, and apply leading practice end to end process expertise in one or more core finance, HR, IT, supply chain/logistics, procurement or other corporate functions in order to design and implement new re-engineered processes in a Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing operating model

This role sitsis specifically aimed at supporting our Clients in the Middle East to deliver finance and regulatory change. Successful candidates should have excellent Financial Services Industry experience, in-depth knowledge of Finance Operating Models and Finance Systems and be willing to the Middle East for client delivery as required.
