You will lead large-scale, multi-national transformations that embed legal into business processes, leveraging AI, technology, and managed services to redesign legal fulfilment.

As a Manager, you will lead and deliver complex Finance Transformation projects, working closely with senior stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions that optimise their finance operations.

Overview

This exciting role is within our Tax Governance & Risk Management Team based in our CSQ office.

We are looking for a talented individual at Manager level to support our continued rapid growth around tax governance. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic and challenging working environment, supported by a strong and ambitious leadership team.

Role and Responsibilities: 

Working as a key member of the team to further develop and expand the firm's tax governance offering, including advising clients on:

• Identifying and managing tax risks across the globe.
• Building sustainable tax control frameworks to meet global tax authority requirements.
• Identifying the tax risks within tax transformation and technology projects.
• Senior Accounting Officer and Corporate Criminal Offence compliance.
• HMRC business risk review preparation.
• Developing and documenting their tax strategy and its publication.
• Meeting global tax transparency and ESG requirements.
• Liaising with HMRC on tax governance related matters

You will also be involved in:

• Leveraging tax technology to improve risk management and compliance processes.
• Liaising with specialists in the UK and overseas offices to oversee their input into projects.
• Coaching and developing more junior members of the team.
• Managing aspects of the team’s operations and performance, including resourcing.
