As a Manager, you will be responsible for delivering innovative projects, managing teams, and supporting clients as they navigate technological change.

You will work closely with senior leaders and clients to design and implement solutions that address complex tax challenges, improve efficiency, and unlock new opportunities. You will also play a key role in promoting technology adoption within the team, supporting training initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.

If you have a strong background in technology project delivery, a keen interest in AI, and a desire to make a real impact in the tax industry, we encourage you to apply - prior tax or accounting experience is beneficial but not essential.

The role of the Integration & Dev Ops Enterprise Architect is to develop the UK Firm’s integration & DevOps technology strategy and translate this into a roadmap that determines our investment priorities and transformation portfolio. The integration strategy needs to promote a seamless, end-to-end customer and employee experience by enabling the efficient creation and modification of effective and reusable integration components. In particular, the strategy should promote the use of modern, Cloud-based technologies; Infrastructure as Code (IaC), support typical integration use cases; create an operating model that satisfies the demands of the business for integration design, development, testing and release; and establish an integration catalogue that supports the reuse of new technologies, whilst targeting legacy integrations for decommissioning. The Integration & Dev Ops Enterprise Architect should also help to execute and govern the strategy, by helping solution architects and projects to design solutions that are fit for purpose and conform to our standards and patterns.
