We are seeking a highly motivated, agile and experienced Quality & Customer Experience Support Lead to be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of critical processes in Risk Operations.

This role will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for improvement, maintaining the highest standards of quality and promoting excellence by driving a Right First-Time culture.

As a Qualified Actuarial Consultant at KPMG you take a lead delivery role, managing small teams across a wide range of client projects such as IFRS 17 impact assessments and implementations, finance transformations, companies mergers and acquisitions, providing advice on capital models or supporting our own Audit colleagues.

In this role you will be leading project teams in the delivery of client engagements and providing technical input to a number of projects and drafting reports and presentations.
