As a Senior Manager, we expect you to take a lead role on challenging and complex engagements.  You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage stakeholders and deliver quality solutions to our clients. People Consulting is an integral part of KPMG’s Management Consultancy practice and a growing part of our business.  This team help to transform the performance of organisations by changing the way people are led, managed and developed.  We do this by focusing on two key areas – delivering the people agenda on large scale, complex, change programmes and transforming the HR function by technology.  
 

We help financial services organisations – Banks, Insurance companies, FMIs, Wealth and Asset managers, and Fintechs – to change and adapt to the environment in which they operate.  Changes may be driven by decisions to digitise, to streamline, to pivot, to respond to new regulation or to harness the benefits of analytics or new technology.   Or they may be driven by acquisition or disposal.  Whatever the reason, our clients are continually re-designing parts of the organisation, and that’s where we come in.  

We are looking for experienced consultants who can lead Organisation Design workstreams on complex, business critical programmes.  You will be expected to

• Scope, price and design our approach for a particular client (with support from a Partner or Director), and then to lead delivery of this work
• Lead/support business development and grow revenues from the existing work portfolio
• Use leading practice problem-solving methodologies to address client issues and structure projects
• Work and collaborate with colleagues from other service lines such as technology, finance, customer or analytics
