We are seeking a Quantexa Tech Lead to join our growing team and play a key role in the delivery of data-driven solutions using the Quantexa platform. The ideal candidate will be Quantexa certified, have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end implementations, and bring strong technical leadership capabilities.

This role will involve direct engagement with client stakeholders, technical teams, and business SMEs to ensure successful solution delivery, with a particular focus on Quantexa architecture, design, and integration.

The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, support pre-sales activities and develop improvement and extensions to Powered Enterprise.

As our Powered HR practice continues to grow, we are seeking talented individuals with experience of ServiceNow HRSD implementations. This is a high-profile role within the team, requiring a balance of business development / sales origination and client delivery.
