We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Asset Management Advisory (AMA) team, part of the KPMG Infrastructure Advisory Group (IAG). Our team advises infrastructure owners in both the public and private sector, including government with their most complex challenges. IAG is widely recognised as one of the world’s leading independent financial and business advisers in infrastructure consisting of over 380 professionals.

 

Our team leads exciting projects across both public and private sectors principally focused on major capital and infrastructure portfolios in Transport, Energy, Water, Defence, Oil and Gas and Health. This is a fast-growing area offering many opportunities building upon a global capability in Asset Management where we provide:

• Asset Strategy and Transformation, including operating model design and transformation of asset management functions.
• Asset Health and Performance including investment planning, efficiency improvements in capital and operating expenditure, as well as asset resilience, asset data, investment business cases and benchmarking.
• Digital asset management including asset performance and financial modelling and smart technology.
• Investor assurance of asset performance and transaction due diligence support.

Our Asset Management Advisory (AMA) team brings together individuals with deep sector expertise and experience implementing asset management and infrastructure solutions to solve challenges across a range of sectors. We work with major public and private sector entities, principally those with major capital and infrastructure commitments in Transport (highways and rail), Defence, Power & Utilities, Telecoms and Energy Transition. This is a fast-growing area offering exciting opportunities building upon a global capability in Asset ManagemenWe are seeking an industry-leading Asset Management professional to become part of our team in KPMG UK supporting all AMA activity across the business including Operating Model Transformation, Strategy and Planning, Resilience, Estates Management, assurance and internal audit, with a specific focus on supporting our Oil and Gas clients navigate the energy transition.

The Technology in M&A team at KPMG is a growing and dynamic team. We deal with all aspects of the technology function, from strategy, cloud, digital, technology spend, etc. We work with both acquirers and vendors on pre- and post-deal technology issues.

The Reward Consulting  practice at KPMG is a dedicated team that provides reward solutions to both UK and non-UK headquartered non-FS clients. The Practice sits within the wider KPMG UK Reward practice, which has grown rapidly in recent years. As a Qualified Actuarial Consultant at KPMG you take a lead delivery role, managing small teams of advisors and auditors to a wide range of general insurance companies, in the Retail and Commercial sectors, including within Lloyd’s and the London Market. The entities that KPMG work with range from FTSE100 and global (re)insurers to smaller specialist insurers. You get the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects from Solvency II support (eg IMV and Capital modelling support) to Financial Transformation projects to supporting our Deals team in large fast moving transactions. For our audit work we review clients’ reserving and capital assessments and forming their own independent assessments – this is the process we use widely when we provide specialist support on audits. Our practitioners have benefited by improving the breadth of their knowledge of reserving and getting exposure to and engagement with senior leadership within the insurance industry.
