HR M&A was set up as part of the Integration & Separation (I&S) team in Deal Advisory, which has been growing year on year and seen by our clients as a market leader. We have worked on some of the largest and most high-profile client engagements in the deals space, including multi-billion spins, integration of global mega mergers, disposals of non-core assets for large multinationals. We have launched a market differentiating digital engagement platform for M&A as well as a campaign focused on ‘the Human Side of Deals’, and we continue to drive digital innovation.

The Technology in M&A team at KPMG is one of the fastest growing and most profitable within Deal Advisory and across the firm.
We deal with all aspects of technology, from strategy, digital, apps, infrastructure, cloud, operating models, data, cyber, RPA and post deal implementation to reviewing technology spend. We work with both acquirers and vendors on pre- and post-deal technology issues, our propositions include: Buy side diligence, sell side diligence, separations, integrations, IPOs, synergy, JVs and standing up businesses. We support our clients across the deal lifecycle. 

Lead the financial management of the Audit capability, helping senior leaders understand performance, manage risk and make well-informed commercial decisions. You will oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial controls and key year-end judgements, while improving processes and supporting the effective delivery of external and internal audit requirements. Working closely with the Audit Finance Director, Audit leadership and finance teams across the firm, you will lead the Audit Finance team and turn complex financial information into clear, practical insight. This is an opportunity for a qualified accountant to influence a major business area, strengthen financial governance and develop a team while contributing to high professional and audit-quality standards.

The Power & Utilities (P&U) practice in IAG has c20 partners and directors and over 100 experts encompassing work for major clients including many large utilities in the UK and across the world. We provide in-depth advice and support on strategic, financial, regulatory, and commercial issues across Power & Utilities, Transport, Telecoms & Digital, Social and other infrastructure in the UK, Europe and beyond. We work closely with other teams across KPMG to provide holistic offering to our clients.
