Summary of Role Purpose:

KPMG's Supply Chain practice helps clients build leading-edge supply chain capabilities across end-to-end operations. We combine deep sector insight, expert consulting capabilities, and trusted relationships to design and implement supply chain transformation programmes, including digital and technology integration.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager who is looking to leverage and expand their expertise in Supply Chain, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results leading complex projects and driving business growth. • Lead and oversee high-impact client engagements, solidifying our position as the most trusted advisor in Supply Chain.
• Apply cutting-edge problem-solving to projects across Transformation, Digital, and Sustainability, driving innovation and thought leadership.
• Serve as the primary client contact, delivering clear and impactful communications, building long-term relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Drive insightful analysis, blending KPMG expertise with market intelligence and data analytics, to provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights.
• Leverage your industry experience to fuel sales, new business, and proposition development, expanding our market presence and service offerings.
• Cultivate an inclusive team culture, empowering team members and fostering their growth, mentoring and developing future leaders within the practice.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience leading Supply Chain technology projects for diverse clients.
• Expertise in Supply Chain processes: S&OP, Transport, Warehouse Management, Network Optimisation, and more.
• Experience designing and implementing Supply Chain operating model transformations.

• Experience of ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle and/or best of breed supply chain solutions (LLamasoft, Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan etc)

• Change management experience in complex, multi-national environments (a plus).
• A passion for contributing to the development of innovative solutions and assets.
• Ideally experience in one of the following sectors Consumer Goods, Retail, Oil and Gas, Aerospace & Defence, or Industrial.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an Honour/ Post Graduate Degree in finance, accounting and tax or other related discipline that either has industry financial experience or working knowledge of the R&D tax legislation.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager to join our rapidly expanding Corporate Treasury Services team. Our team is a Global Centre of Excellence focused on serving the world's leading Treasury functions with their most complex business challenges. The team offer deep treasury expertise in financial products and markets, risk management, systems and technology, governance, valuation and accounting. As a Manager, you will liaise directly with your clients responding to a range of technical queries, drawing both on your own expertise and identifying when additional input is required from more senior colleagues. Your role will also include business development activities, contributing to the team’s growth and success. You will lead teams and supervise the work of junior staff. You will also have performance management responsibilities for a small number of employees.

KPMG has recently developed Global Payroll Manager (GPM) which is a fully automated web-based global payroll solution allowing organisations to better manage cross border payroll compliance, management reporting, recharges and internal control requirements for their globally mobile workforce. GPM, transform assignee demographic data, cash compensation and non-cash benefit data to produce fully reconciled monthly, quarterly and year-end host payroll instructions in both the home and host country of an internationally mobile assignee. This dynamic group using GPM is expected to expand significantly over the next two years and win significant market share.  The team is diverse with an experienced network of professionals from expatriate and employment tax, payroll advisory, technology, data analytics, finance and accounting.
