This is a director-level role with responsibility for operations, managing a team on a day-to-day basis, and reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications.

HR M&A was set up as part of the Integration & Separation (I&S) team in Deal Advisory, which has been growing year on year and seen by our clients as a market leader. We have worked on some of the largest and most high-profile client engagements in the deals space, including multi-billion spins, integration of global mega mergers, disposals of non-core assets for large multinationals. We have launched a market differentiating digital engagement platform for M&A as well as a campaign focused on ‘the Human Side of Deals’, and we continue to drive digital innovation.

The Financial Services (FS) Reward practice at KPMG is a dedicated team that provides reward solutions to both UK and non-UK headquartered FS clients. The FS Reward Practice sits within the wider KPMG UK Reward practice, which has grown rapidly in recent years. This is a senior, client-facing role focused on pre-deal technology due diligence and value creation for private equity investors.

You will lead the delivery of complex buy-side and sell-side engagements, working directly with Investment Directors, Operating Partners, CIOs and management teams.

You will be expected to operate with autonomy, commercial judgement and leadership, not simply manage workstreams.
