This is a senior, client-facing role focused on pre-deal technology due diligence and value creation for private equity investors.

You will lead the delivery of complex buy-side and sell-side engagements, working directly with Investment Directors, Operating Partners, CIOs and management teams.

You will be expected to operate with autonomy, commercial judgement and leadership, not simply manage workstreams.

The Infrastructure Advisory Group (IAG) at KPMG UK (ca. 400 FTEs) provide in-depth advice on strategic, financial, regulatory and commercial issues driving investments in infrastructure across Power & Utilities, Transport, Social Infrastructure, Government, Major Projects, in the UK and Europe. Our work includes market and policy design, economic and regulatory analysis, deal structuring and execution, as well as strategic and transaction advice to enable private and public capital to fund infrastructure.
