When Ciara joined KPMG as an Audit Apprentice, she brought determination and a passion for inclusion. Transitioning from her previous role as a legal secretary, she embraced the opportunity to learn and grow. With flexibility and guidance to balance work and study, Ciara is building strong technical skills while progressing through her qualifications. “The support systems here—from exam committees to wellbeing teams—make it possible to learn without feeling overwhelmed,” she says.
