When Dexter joined KPMG as a Graduate Data Analyst, his goal was clear, to combine technical expertise with meaningful impact. Starting in Tax and legal technology, he worked on analyzing and visualizing complex data to deliver actionable insights. Today, as a Senior Analyst, he’s bringing that vision to life, leveraging generative AI and data analytics to help clients succeed. 
 
Dexter’s journey wasn’t just about growing in analytics. KPMG has helped him in embracing opportunities to learn and grow, becoming a subject matter expert in generative AI, a passion that now shapes the way he supports clients globally and locally. For him, learning a Lifetime isn’t just a phrase; it’s a mindset. Every new project is a chance to innovate and push boundaries. 

Beyond his technical role, Dexter is deeply committed to social mobility and ESG. He leads initiatives that amplify less privileged voices, demonstrating that leadership is about lifting others as you rise. “Helping someone feels seen and supported - that’s what counts,” he says.

“If I can show someone that what we do makes their life and their work better, then I’ve done my job”.
