From Audit Apprentice to Impact Maker: Dylan’s Journey at KPMG

When Dylan joined KPMG as an Audit Apprentice, he brought energy, resilience, and a passion for people - qualities that have shaped his journey from day one. After finishing college, he embraced the challenge of balancing professional exams with real-world client work. “I wanted a career where learning never stops, and KPMG gave me that,” Dylan shares. From day one, he immersed himself in opportunities to grow, gaining hands-on experience and guidance from senior leaders through one-on-one coaching sessions.  
 
In his first year, Dylan jumped into audits, building technical skills and confidence along the way. He’s faced complex stock counts head-on, stayed calm under pressure, and worked closely with teams to turn challenges into learning opportunities. 
 
Beyond client work, Dylan has made an impact through volunteering. He supports charity initiatives with FareShare, helps plan fundraising events, and uses charity leave to give back to causes that matter.
