From Audits to Inclusion – Isha, making a Difference Every Day

When Isha joined KPMG as an Audit Graduate, this was the start of a journey filled with growth and opportunity. From her very first busy season, she embraced new experiences - building strong time management skills, applying her knowledge to real-world audits, and gaining confidence through hands-on work. “Every step has helped me learn and grow,” she says. “That’s what makes this journey so exciting.” 
 
Her growth accelerated when she secured an international assignment in Miami, a dream she had openly shared with her performance manager. “Speaking up about what you want really matters here,” Isha reflects. The experience broadened her perspective, exposing her to diverse working styles and giving her independence early in her career. At KPMG, she found a culture that values honesty, autonomy, and support, helping her thrive both personally and professionally. 
 
Beyond client audits, Isha is passionate about mentoring and inclusion. She actively coaches new joiners, creating a safe space for learning while reinforcing her own knowledge.
