When Luka joined KPMG as an Audit Apprentice after finishing his A-Levels, he chose a path that blended learning with impact. Instead of staying in the classroom, he stepped confidently into real-world audits while progressing through his professional exams. For him, it wasn’t just about earning a qualification - it was about making a difference from day one.  
  
Every day brings something new. From working on major audits to returning to his old school to inspire students, Luka has embraced real-world learning while successfully progressing toward his professional qualifications.

 “Every experience feels like a chance to grow,” he says - and that mindset has become his greatest strength.  

When he wanted to volunteer, the support he received from KPMG gave him the freedom to do it wholeheartedly. That trust helped him build confidence and bring himself to work. “I never felt like ‘just’ an apprentice, I felt part of something bigger,” Luka shares. Along the way, he’s built strong relationships that taught him the value of communication and collaboration.  

Today, Luka audits financial statements to ensure accuracy, giving stakeholders and investors the confidence they need. It’s work that truly matters. And as he keeps learning and growing, Luka knows he’s not just building a career - he’s creating an impact every single day. That’s how he makes the difference.
