From exploring AI-driven solutions to championing inclusion initiatives, Teena combines technical expertise with innovation while progressing toward her solicitor qualification.
Teena is grown through diverse experiences, from rotating across legal teams to exploring new ways of working. What made the journey special was the support she received from KPMG during exams, encouragement to lead inclusion initiatives, and opportunities to volunteer and give back. “I’ve always felt trusted to speak up and create change,” she says.

Beyond client work, Teena plays an active role in the neurodiversity Network, where she helps create an environment where everyone feels supported and understood. She leads quarterly newsletters, organizes awareness sessions, and shares resources that empower colleagues to embrace their neurodiverse strengths.
For her, making a difference means driving change, whether through client projects or by creating a supportive environment for colleagues. She says, “being part of employee networks allows me to help improve the lives of people and ensure everyone feels valued.”
