KPMG’s Customer Transformation team within the Strategy & Performance Transformation practice is looking for exceptional candidates for a client-facing Associate Director role, with a Financial Services focus (ideally Banking or Insurance) and experience of customer transformation programmes.  

Our team works closely with client executives who own products; distribution channels; servicing centres; strategy and innovation teams; customer insight teams. This is a senior leadership role within KPMG’s Customer team – one of the fastest-growing and strategically vital areas of our firm. We help our clients to transform the way they interact and engage with their customers. In this client facing role, you will use our pre-built assets, robust methodology and technology alliances to enable greater speed to value for our clients and support us in generating a higher margin, longer term revenue stream for KPMG.

The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver SaaS ERP based transformation programmes based on KPMG Powered Enterprise. The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, to support pre-sales activities and to develop improvement and extensions to the Powered Enterprise model. KPMG are growing their Powered Apps team to meet an ever-increasing demand for our market leading services and are seeking IT management consultants with relevant expertise and experience.

As a result of growth in our business, we have a number of roles across our Financial Services Product & Operational Taxes 
team, which has a diverse client base spanning the FS sector - providing services to banks, custodians, brokers, asset managers, alternative investors, wealth and hedge asset managers and global institutional investors such as pension funds and sovereign wealth funds.
