We are looking for experienced management consultants who can lead workstreams on complex learning programmes, who have experience in Financial Services - specifically banking and insurance clients.

We help financial services organisations – Banks, Insurance companies, FMIs, Wealth and Asset managers, and Fintechs – to change and adapt to the environment in which they operate.  Changes may be driven by decisions to digitise, to streamline, to pivot, to respond to new regulation or to harness the benefits of analytics or new technology.   Or they may be driven by acquisition or disposal.  Whatever the reason, our clients are continually re-designing parts of the organisation, and that’s where we come in.  

We are looking for experienced consultants who can lead Organisation Design workstreams on complex, business critical programmes.  You will be expected to

• Scope, price and design our approach for a particular client (with support from a Partner or Director), and then to lead delivery of this work
• Lead/support business development and grow revenues from the existing work portfolio
• Use leading practice problem-solving methodologies to address client issues and structure projects
• Work and collaborate with colleagues from other service lines such as technology, finance, customer or analytics

HR M&A was set up as part of the Integration & Separation (I&S) team in Deal Advisory, which has been growing year on year and seen by our clients as a market leader. We have worked on some of the largest and most high-profile client engagements in the deals space, including multi-billion spins, integration of global mega mergers, disposals of non-core assets for large multinationals. We have launched a market differentiating digital engagement platform for M&A as well as a campaign focused on ‘the Human Side of Deals’, and we continue to drive digital innovation.

The Deal Execution team is part of KPMG’s rapidly expanding Strategy Group, which delivers value for clients by challenging conventional thinking, bringing deep industry and functional insights and executing with investor-grade rigour.  We are a diverse team of over 105 practitioners, working collaboratively with and orchestrating KPMG’s broad set of capabilities within our Advisory business, and are focused on continually enhancing value for clients across the deal and economic cycle. The People in M&A Centre of Excellence deals with all aspects of the employee journey in M&A, as well as leveraging our experience to enact transformational change outside of a deal context.
