We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice, with a focus on Contact Centre solutions. This role involves designing and implementing robust technical architectures, ensuring seamless integration of software developments, and collaborating closely with clients and delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service & Contact Centre, and a strong track record in delivering complex, large-scale implementations.

As an SAP Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of SAP projects, ensuring successful safe execution, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will lead multi-disciplined teams to drive delivery excellence, leveraging Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies. This area continues to grow and we are looking for a high quality candidate to support our Power & Utilities business with a particular focus on giving strategic advice to clients in relation to the evolving regulation and policy framework affecting the energy networks.

The Technology Implementation Assistant Manager will support the adoption and implementation of KPMG’s compliance technology platform across both the UK and EMA firms. You will support innovation through automation, analytics, and data-driven solutions, enabling multinational clients to achieve global tax and accounting compliance with greater efficiency, accuracy, and control. This role offers the opportunity to develop project management skills and gain exposure to large-scale technology implementations in a supportive team environment.
