We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager to join our rapidly expanding Corporate Treasury Services team. Our team is a Global Centre of Excellence focused on serving the world's leading Treasury functions with their most complex business challenges. The team offer deep treasury expertise in financial products and markets, risk management, systems and technology, governance, valuation and accounting. We work closely with other high impact functions within KPMG such as Audit, Risk Consulting and Management Consulting to provide a wide range of treasury advisory services.

As a Manager, you will liaise directly with your clients responding to a range of technical queries, drawing both on your own expertise and identifying when additional input is required from more senior colleagues. Your role will also include business development activities, contributing to the team’s growth and success. You will lead teams and supervise the work of junior staff. You will also have performance management responsibilities for a small number of employees.

As a Senior Manager within KPMG’s Digital Health team, you will take a senior leadership role in helping healthcare organisations deliver meaningful, measurable adoption of digital health technologies on the frontline. The role is focused on turning digital investment into sustained clinical, operational, workforce and financial value through adoption, change, implementation, optimisation and benefits realisation.

 

You will work with executive stakeholders across national, regional and provider healthcare organisations to define future-state digital capabilities, develop

transformation strategies and oversee programmes that deliver measurable clinical, operational, workforce and financial outcomes.

 

The role requires substantial experience leading complex digital adoption, change and delivery programmes across frontline healthcare environments, including Electronic Patient Record (EPR) deployment and optimisation, clinical workflow redesign, technology-enabled productivity improvement, benefits realisation and supplier or large vendor mobilisation.

 

You will also play a key role in developing KPMG’s Digital Health capability, including building propositions, developing reusable methods and assets, coaching junior colleagues and helping grow the practice within the wider Technology & Data portfolio.
