We deal with all aspects of technology, from strategy, digital, apps, infrastructure, cloud, operating models, data, cyber, RPA and post deal implementation to reviewing technology spend. We work with both acquirers and vendors on pre- and post-deal technology issues, our propositions include: Buy side diligence, sell side diligence, separations, integrations, IPOs, synergy, JVs and standing up businesses. KPMG’s Deal Strategy team is looking for exceptional candidates to join at Associate Director level. The role is focused on advising corporates and private equity investors across the deal lifecycle, including commercial due diligence, M&A strategy and value creation.

As part of a growing and entrepreneurial team, you will work at the forefront of high-impact transactions, combining strategic insight with investor-grade rigour. You will play a key role in shaping client thinking, leading engagements and contributing to the continued development of our deal strategy proposition within a broader, integrated Deal Advisory platform.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate the ability to independently structure and lead deal strategy engagements, while also contributing to business development through identifying opportunities, shaping proposals and engaging directly with clients.

The role will have a strong focus on the media sector, although prior experience in the sector is not essential. Candidates should demonstrate a clear interest in media and the ability to rapidly develop a perspective on key trends, value drivers and investment themes.
