We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager to join our rapidly expanding Corporate Treasury Services team. Our team is focused on serving the world's leading Corporate Treasuries with their most complex business challenges. The team offer deep treasury expertise in financial products and markets, risk management, systems, governance, valuation and accounting. We work closely with other high impact functions within KPMG such as Audit, Risk Consulting and Management Consulting to provide a wide range of treasury advisory services.

Dispute Advisory sits within our "Investigations & Compliance" team and helps clients to establish the facts in relation to an incident, loss or misconduct and then to remediate and recover value. We are experienced in managing diverse issues including fraud and misconduct, regulatory compliance, risk frameworks and modelling and much more.

As a Senior Manager, we expect you to take a lead role on challenging and complex engagements.  You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage stakeholders and deliver quality solutions to our clients. You will be expected to originate opportunities through both internal and external relationships and take the lead on business development activities, including marketing, knowledge sharing and practice development.

The role is to provide in-house employment law related advisory service on demand and proactively on initiative, to clients of the ELAT team, principally being human resources professionals within KPMG.  The proposal is that the solicitor will assist other team members in relation to all of the employment law requirements of the business including advising on the creation and interpretation of People policies.  There is also a requirement to undertake investigations in high-risk or sensitive conduct cases as and when required.
