The Role

Deal Advisory Tax provides market leading services to both Corporate and Financial investors.  Whilst we have teams focused on clients in four key markets Corporates; Private Equity & Credit; Real Estate and Energy & Infrastructure, we are a national and connected team, working and learning with each other.

• Corporates:  We work alongside some of the most forward-thinking FTSE 100 and 250 businesses, as well as Corporates across the UK, supporting them with strategic acquisitions, carve outs, de-mergers, disposals, and joint ventures both in the UK and cross-border. Our corporates business is a multi-sector business, including Consumer, Life sciences, TMT, Industrials, ENR and Banking & Insurance. 
• Asset Management:  We work with Private Equity, Infrastructure, Renewable/ Energy transition, and Real Estate Funds, both large and mid-cap, as well as institutional investors such as Sovereign Wealth Funds and Pension Funds.  Our clients have UK, European and Global investment strategies and will often have teams across multiple asset classes which allows our

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for a pivotal 12- to 24- month assignment within our Global Quality & Risk Management (GQRM) team. This role will align to our European & Middle Eastern and African global region and will be instrumental in supporting a high-profile effort to deploy KPMGI’s new globally centralized Client Acceptance and Continuance (CAC) solution – a key strategic initiative. The role will report to the GQRM – CAC Deployment lead with the primary remit of driving timely support and adoption of the globally defined solution across the region.

Role Summary

• Working with the Global Consumer, Retail and Leisure Sector Head, you will support in:
• Driving strategic growth across the Consumer, Retail and Leisure sector
• Promoting our brand in the market
• Publishing strong points of view and compelling thought leadership
• Being the market voice in solution development and leading on development and execution of bridge campaigns for the sector

Supporting and holding to account Global Lead Partners and Country leaders within the Consumer, Retail and Leisure sector for growth.
