Job description

Why Global Mobility Services Technology?

People are working internationally in more ways than ever before. Whether employees are relocating overseas, travelling for business or working remotely across borders, organisations need to understand the tax implications and manage increasingly complex regulatory requirements.

That's where our team comes in. We combine technology, tax and global mobility expertise to help organisations manage their international workforce. Through digital products and technology solutions, we help businesses track employee movements, stay compliant with tax regulations and provide a better experience for employees working around the world.

This is a growing area where technology and AI play a central role. By combining an understanding of both tax and technology, you'll help deliver solutions that support global organisations and their people in a fast-changing world.

Life as a Global Mobility Services Technology graduate

From day one, you'll work on projects that help organisations manage their global workforce through technology. Working with colleagues across Tax, HR, Global Mobility and Technology, you'll help turn client requirements into practical digital solutions.

You could be supporting the implementation of technology that helps multinational organisations manage employees working internationally, contributing to web and mobile applications that track business travel and remote working, or helping organisations manage global compensation and benefits in a tax-compliant way.

No two projects are exactly the same. Depending on the work you're supporting, you could gain experience in areas such as tax advisory, business analysis, project management, systems analysis and technology implementation. Along the way, you'll work with a wide range of clients, industries and colleagues, building both your technical knowledge and consulting skills.

You'll be part of a supportive team where you'll learn from experienced colleagues, develop strong relationships and build the confidence to take ownership of your work as your experience grows.

Your future

Throughout the programme, you'll develop expertise across both tax and technology while building a strong understanding of how global organisations operate. You'll also study towards the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT) qualification, helping you develop valuable technical knowledge alongside your practical experience.

As your skills and experience develop, you'll gain exposure to increasingly complex client challenges and technology solutions. Combining technology, consulting and tax expertise will give you a strong foundation for a varied long-term career in one of the fastest-growing areas of professional services.
