KPMGs WorkAbility Network

The Student Recruitment team work closely with our WorkAbility network. WorkAbility is KPMG's employee network for Disability Inclusion. The network offers support and guidance for employees and signposts to external sources of information and support.

Being Disability Confident

works in collaboration with MyPlus. They provide us with team training, seminars and networking events to ensure we are all ‘disability confident’ and able to talk about disability on campus and also as part of our application process.

We are also profiled on their MyPlus Students' Club website where we talk more about our approach to disability and the support we can offer.

KPMG also work with the  Business Disability Forum and were recognised with the Disability Smart Award for most Influential Business in 2018.

The Experienced Professionals Recruitment team work closely with our WorkAbility network. WorkAbility is KPMG's employee network for Disability Inclusion and includes specific communities for Neurodiversity and Cancer. The network offers support and guidance for employees and signposts to external sources of information and support. We also have a Mental Health and Wellbeing network BeMindful.
