Technology is transforming the world of tax. As rules become more complex and organisations work with larger amounts of data, businesses need smarter ways to manage their tax responsibilities and make informed decisions. 

That's where our Tax Technology team comes in. We combine tax knowledge, technology and data to help organisations solve complex problems and work more efficiently. From using data to uncover insights to developing technology that simplifies processes, our work helps clients make better decisions and stay ahead of change. 

You'll join a community of more than 300 technologists working across Tax & Legal, helping thousands of clients use technology to tackle real business challenges. 

Life as a Technology Consulting in Tax graduate 

As a graduate, you’ll work alongside tax, data and technology specialists on a wide range of client projects. You’ll learn how to analyse data, solve complex problems and help deliver technology solutions that make a meaningful difference to how organisations operate. 

You could be helping a client make sense of complex datasets, building tools that automate manual tasks, or supporting the implementation of technology that improves how tax work is delivered. You’ll see first-hand how technology can simplify processes, improve accuracy and create better experiences for users. 

The Tax Technology team brings together consulting and implementation specialists, business analysts, AI specialists, and data and analytics engineers. This will give you exposure to different perspectives and help you develop a broad mix of technical, analytical and client-facing skills.

Throughout the programme, you'll develop valuable technical and consulting skills through technology-focused training, structured learning and hands-on project work. You'll be supported by a network of peers, mentors and leaders who are invested in helping you learn and grow.
