As demand grows, you will work on high-profile, business-critical programmes at the forefront of HR technology and innovation.

About the role:

As a Powered HR ServiceNow HRSD Assistant Manager, you will help organisations transform their HR service delivery capabilities by designing and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions that improve employee experiences and operational efficiency. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you will translate requirements into scalable solutions, support delivery teams and contribute to successful transformation outcomes. You will combine technical expertise with client engagement to deliver innovative solutions that create measurable value.

What you'll be Doing:

• Own the successful delivery of end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD solution components, ensuring they meet client requirements, quality standards and project objectives.
• Design scalable, secure, reusable and maintainable ServiceNow HRSD solutions aligned with platform standards and leading practice.
• Lead technical design, configuration and development activities, including hands-on support for integrations, scripting and platform configuration where required.
• Translate HR business requirements into solution architecture that improves service delivery and employee experience.
• Guide onshore and offshore developers, using effective governance and quality assurance to deliver robust technical outcomes.
• Facilitate technical discussions and solution design workshops, building trusted relationships with client and delivery stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership throughout implementation programmes and support successful transformation outcomes.
• Contribute ServiceNow HRSD expertise to propositions, reusable assets, proposals, demonstrations and pre-sales activities that strengthen KPMG’s Powered HR offering.

Skills, experience, and knowledge you'll need:

• Demonstrable experience delivering ServiceNow HRSD implementations and transformation programmes, with strong functional and technical knowledge of the platform.
• Ability to translate HR business requirements into practical technology solutions and scalable technical designs.
• Knowledge of HR processes and employee service delivery models, supported by strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary teams in complex, fast-paced and evolving delivery environments, including situations where requirements may be ambiguous.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources certifications.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Experience with additional Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms such as Workday, Oracle or SuccessFactors is desirable.
