Job description

About KDN (KPMG Delivery Network)

The world of global advisory, audit and tax compliance services for large multi-nationals is rapidly changing and heavily dependent on technology. The KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) is a global organisation that supports KPMG member firms in delivering global priority solutions to their clients across a number of different industries. KDN helps to enable growth, improve economies of scale, and discover new ways of collaboration and working.

You’ll be a part of the KPMG family working alongside some of our profession’s most skilled practitioners on rewarding programs and initiatives that are changing the way business operates, delivering value to KPMG's clients, and driving positive change in the communities we serve. You’ll be assisting KDN to accelerate new ways of working, using cutting-edge technology and working together with our member firms located in nearly 150 countries to help us achieve our ambition to be the most trusted and trustworthy professional services firm.

Role summary

The Global Director, Cyber Solutions Architecture is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and driving KDN's global cyber solution architecture strategy across managed services, advisory offerings, and large-scale transformation engagements. This role serves as the senior authority for cyber solution design, ensuring KDN's cyber capabilities remain innovative, commercially competitive, scalable, and aligned to market demand.

The Director will work closely with KPMG member firms, global cyber leadership, alliance partners, and senior client stakeholders to shape complex cyber solutions that address evolving business, regulatory, and threat landscape challenges. The role plays a critical part in influencing the future direction of KDN's cyber offerings, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and enabling consistent delivery excellence across the global network.

This position requires a combination of deep cybersecurity expertise, commercial acumen, executive stakeholder management, and the ability to lead globally distributed teams in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.

How will you make your mark?

As the Global Director, Cyber Solutions Architecture, you will lead the strategic evolution of KDN's cyber services portfolio and serve as a trusted advisor to member firms and executive stakeholders across the global network.

You will define the architectural vision, standards, and operating models that underpin KDN's cyber offerings while ensuring solutions remain commercially viable, scalable, and differentiated in the market. You will collaborate with cyber leaders across member firms to identify growth opportunities, support strategic pursuits, and shape innovative solutions for some of the world's most complex cyber challenges.

You will play a key leadership role in large-scale deals, guiding solution strategies, commercial modelling, and executive client engagements. Working closely with delivery centres, technical leaders, and alliance partners, you will ensure KDN's solutions meet evolving client expectations while leveraging the full capability of the global delivery network.

As the cyber solutions capability continues to mature, you will establish governance frameworks, drive architectural consistency, mentor and develop solution architecture leaders, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation.

You will also contribute to KDN's broader growth strategy by identifying emerging trends, assessing market opportunities, influencing investment decisions, and helping to position KDN as a leading provider of global cyber services.

This is the job for you if you have

  • Significant experience leading the design and development of global cyber solutions and managed services portfolios
  • A proven track record of leading complex, multi-million-dollar cyber pursuits, transformations, or managed services engagements across multiple geographies
  • Experience operating as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Boards, and executive leadership teams
  • Demonstrated success developing go-to-market strategies, cyber offerings, and growth initiatives within a professional services or consulting environment
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed architecture, engineering, or cyber consulting teams
  • Strong commercial leadership skills, including business case development, pricing strategy, financial modelling, and revenue growth planning
  • Extensive knowledge of cyber operations, threat management, cloud security, cyber risk, compliance, and emerging technologies
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic decisions across complex organisational structures
  • Strong people leadership capabilities with experience mentoring, coaching, and developing senior technical professionals

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, OSCP, GIAC
