Service Line Information
Sitting within the Global Mobility Service practice, the Business Travel and Remote Work team, through market-leading technology solutions and technical expertise, assist clients to transform the way they manage risk identification, compliance and advisory for internationally mobile employees.
KPMG’s business travel solution is built within KPMG LINK Go, our propriety Global Mobility Services technology platform. This team is responsible for implementing LINK Go for Business Travel, Remote Work, Assignment Management and broader tax and immigration services.
Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the team and client base. Including oversight of business travel and remote work implementations and ongoing client management.
- Advising colleagues and/or clients on a broad range of technology cross-border mover topics, including LINK Go implementations, process design, income tax, social security, immigration, PWD and corporate tax.
- Working with the Global LINK Go product team to provide market feedback and drive product enhancements.
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior GM, HR, Tax and Finance personnel within client organisations to support business travel engagements and business development.
- Participating in internal and external seminars and workshops. Seen as a market leader in business travel and remote work.
- Seeking opportunities to review processes and look for enhancements which drive efficiency or generate new opportunities.
- Embracing the use of AI in our services and acting as a role model for AI roll out for the broader GMS and GMS Technology teams.
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members.
- Working closely with senior members of the Tax technology practice across the UK and globally.
- Manages engagement risk and finances for primary client accounts.
Essential skills
- Implementation and project management skills
- Ideally has experience working for either a Professional Services firm or in a Global Mobility role
- Experience in managing business travel and remote work solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects to strict deadlines
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills, self-motivation and “can do” attitude
- Disciplined in process documentation
