What do we look for?

• A current or pending UK Tax/Accounting qualification (e.g. CTA, ACA, ACCA, ATT, CIOT) and strong, demonstrable commercial experience
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder skills
• A desire to grow in a high‑visibility, high‑impact regional environment
• A team-first mindset and commitment to quality, integrity and client trust
