International Women's Day 2021

Celebrating International Women’s Day 2021

#ChooseToChallenge

Monday 8 March 2021 is International Women's Day, a global day that celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality with this year’s theme #ChooseToChallenge.

It is KPMG’s ambition to be a magnet for talent, regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion or socio-economic background. We look for talent everywhere - supporting all our people to fulfil their potential with rewarding, resilient and globally connected careers.

How are we bringing International Women’s Day to life at KPMG in the UK?

Our ‘Fairness in Focus’ programme of internal activity is committed to promoting inclusion, diversity and social equality and kicking off celebrations we’re thrilled to be welcoming some truly inspiring speakers to our ‘Choose to Challenge’ event for a fireside chat with KPMG colleagues to discuss what we can all do to challenge gender inequality.

We’re also inviting all colleagues and teams from around the UK firm to show their solidarity by sharing their #ChooseToChallenge images and examples of when colleagues have chosen to challenge gender inequality. It should be a fantastic week of activities for all.

Now open!

KPMG’s 2021 Women in Deal Advisory and Women in Technology & Engineering insight programmes are now open for first-year (or second year in a four year course) university students.
