Our Values bind us together, across our different backgrounds and cultures, and are common to each of us. Our Values guide our behaviours day-to-day, informing how we act, the decisions we take, and how we work with each other.

Over 20 years ago KPMG were the first large professional services firm to introduce a Values charter. Since then our industry, and the expectations of our clients, stakeholders and our communities, have evolved. People are at the heart of our firm and through living the Values, we will build a better future.

In 2020, our 150th year, we refreshed Our Values to restate what we believe in and who we aspire to be. They are not new, but an evolution of the existing Values which ensures they are easy for people to understand, embrace and act upon. They provide a more powerful, commercial and simpler articulation of our core beliefs.
