This role is an exciting opportunity for a talent management specialist with experience of working in complex, ambiguous and fast changing environments. The role holder will be required to have deep talent management experience and expertise, in both talent identification methodology and strategy, including leading talent management practices.
The role holder will lead on our key talent projects and implement strategies that will help to identify, develop and retain our talent. Demonstrating thought leadership and innovation to continuously improve our talent practices, to support the growth of our UK Firm and our people with inspiring careers.
This role requires the ability to manage and leverage relationships with key stakeholder groups (e.g. COOs, HR Leads, broader COEs across the People Function, People Leaders, Employee Business Forum) to collaboratively drive a culture where colleagues and the business have the best tools, insights and resources to successfully manage their talent.
