Summary of Role Purpose
Root cause analysis is a critical element of the Audit Quality framework.  It enables us to identify the drivers of positive quality findings and the causes contributing to adverse findings in order that appropriate actions can be implemented.   As an RCA Project Leader you will be responsible for developing and delivering RCA Projects into specific areas of audit delivery identified through our monitoring processes.  This will include the stages of root cause analysis from problem definition, data collection and root cause determination.  You will also be responsible for supporting the Remediation Leader liaise with process owners to determine the remedial actions necessary to address findings.  You will collaborate with other RCA Project Leaders to share insights and challenge consistency of findings throughout the process.
