Role summary

The GMS GEMS team Manager will work under the guidance of GEMS Leadership and Lead Member Firm Partners who oversee the engagements and remain updated on technical developments in areas like equity taxation, social security, transfer pricing, and more. A large part of this role is to support global client engagements as part of the GEMS network and ensure ongoing client satisfaction through seamless global coordination. A secondary, but equally important, aspect to the role is focusing on the continuous development of our global processes and technology to support the consistency of high levels of service delivery across our client engagements globally. This is an exciting opportunity with scope for progression for the right individual. The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of tax matters, strong communication skills, credibility, and the ability to drive success within the KPMG network.
