KPMG Audit Technology is building a world-class product organisation. We are looking for a visionary, business-outcome-focused leader to establish and run our new Business Solution & Service Design function. This is a critical team that will ensure we build a cohesive, user-centric, and rationalised product portfolio, transforming our technology landscape from a collection of fragmented, siloed applications into a service-oriented ecosystem designed around value streams.

The Director, Business Solution & Service Design is the senior Product counterpart to the technical architecture team within Engineering. This role is responsible for shaping and leading strategic business initiatives through a business capability, value stream, and user-experience lens. While highly technically literate, this role is decisively business-outcome focused. You will act as the primary bridge, ensuring that business capabilities, operational workflows, and logical data needs are clearly defined, mapped, and translated into logical blueprints that Engineering's technical architects can seamlessly execute.

The ideal candidate will champion robust service design principles, drive application rationalisation based on business utility, and ensure our product roadmap is optimised to deliver seamless end-to-end user journeys. Professional Services experience, and preferably knowledge of Audit within the Big 4, is essential. 

The Business Solution Architect is responsible for translating strategic business objectives into integrated, scalable solutions. Reporting to the Lead Architect, this role is key in the intent of business portfolio leads into a structured, evidence-based view of the business capabilities, value streams, and target operating model the function needs - and then converts that into a prioritised, outcome-anchored roadmap that drives the technology backlog. 

The Treasury Tax team is a growing specialist group providing technical support on deals, financing transactions, international structuring and other complex tax advisory matters.  We work closely with Corporate Tax client service teams to deliver high quality advice that is practical, commercially focused and technically robust.

The Treasury Tax team offers the opportunity to lead in a complex and increasingly important area of tax, shaping market-facing propositions, developing people and helping grow a distinctive specialist capability within the wider Tax business.

Lead KPMG's Tier 2 cyber incident response team and help strengthen Security Operations across the UK and Switzerland. You will direct complex investigations from escalation through containment, eradication, recovery and post-incident improvement, while providing senior leadership during major incidents and the out-of-hours on-call rota. Working with Security Operations Centre, Threat Intelligence, Detection Engineering, Vulnerability Management and Security Engineering colleagues, you will improve response quality, playbooks, readiness and organisational resilience. This hybrid UK role offers the opportunity to shape an integrated, intelligence-led operating model, influence security strategy and develop a highly skilled incident response team.
