KPMG has recently developed Global Payroll Manager (GPM) which is a fully automated web-based global payroll solution allowing organisations to better manage cross border payroll compliance, management reporting, recharges and internal control requirements for their globally mobile workforce. GPM, transform assignee demographic data, cash compensation and non-cash benefit data to produce fully reconciled monthly, quarterly and year-end host payroll instructions in both the home and host country of an internationally mobile assignee. This dynamic group using GPM is expected to expand significantly over the next two years and win significant market share.  The team is diverse with an experienced network of professionals from expatriate and employment tax, payroll advisory, technology, data analytics, finance and accounting.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager to join our rapidly expanding Corporate Treasury Services team. Our team is a Global Centre of Excellence focused on serving the world's leading Treasury functions with their most complex business challenges. The team offer deep treasury expertise in financial products and markets, risk management, systems and technology, governance, valuation and accounting. The Senior Manager provides technical leadership, assurance and governance across Client Payroll Services. A highly technical payroll specialist the role is accountable for ensuring payroll quality, managing material payroll risk and building the standards, controls and capability needed for a scalable payroll service. The Senior Manager acts as ultimate escalation point for high risk issues and works across payroll delivery, and wider teams to protect client outcomes and support service maturity.  Consulting with colleagues to strengthen and develop the offering, support market initiatives, and provide clients with access to wider cross firm introductions.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience leading Supply Chain technology projects for diverse clients.
• Expertise in Supply Chain processes: S&OP, Transport, Warehouse Management, Network Optimisation, and more.
• Experience designing and implementing Supply Chain operating model transformations.

• Experience of ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle and/or best of breed supply chain solutions (LLamasoft, Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan etc)

• Change management experience in complex, multi-national environments (a plus).
• A passion for contributing to the development of innovative solutions and assets.
• Ideally experience in one of the following sectors Consumer Goods, Retail, Oil and Gas, Aerospace & Defence, or Industrial.
