The SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant specializing in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) will be responsible for designing and overseeing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions (on-prem/private cloud and public cloud) that integrate critical asset management and maintenance processes across Supply Chain and Finance. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, robust, and compliant SAP EAM solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to SAP best practices. Investigations and Compliance (I&C) is part of KPMG’s Forensic practice.  We help clients with their biggest and most challenging misconduct and integrity matters.  Our work helps clients respond to regulatory enquiries, reduce reputational risk and prevent or reduce commercial loss by helping them to investigate and mitigate risks including fraud and misconduct, bribery and corruption, financial crime and much more.
As a result of an exciting and increasing pipeline of fraud analytics work, we are looking for a Manager to help coordinate the strategic direction of a team deploying analytics (including fraud analytics routines and GenAI capabilities) over large complex financial and other datasets, both structured and unstructured.

Description of the role
The role will involve leading a team deploying forensic analytics (including testing routines across structured data and LLM-enabled unstructured, structured and open-source data analysis) over large datasets to help our clients solve their most complex fraud, misconduct and integrity matters.

This role requires a deep understanding of both structured and unstructured data analytics techniques, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills.  The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative analytical solutions leveraging a wide range of techniques, including through the use of SQL, Python, cloud computing and Generative AI (GenAI).

You should expect to work on a variety of project-based work over a cross section of forensic work types, industries and geographies. Day to day activities will vary depending on the type and circumstances of each project.

Job Title:  Manager – Legal Business Services

Role Overview
As a Manager in KPMG’s Legal Business Services (LBS) team, you will lead client delivery across legal transformation projects, driving innovation in contract management, legal technology, and operating model design. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients embed legal into business processes, harnessing AI and automation, and redesigning their legal supply chains.

This is a client-facing leadership role, with responsibility for scoping, designing, and delivering engagements, as well as developing our propositions and helping to grow the LBS business.

What you will do

• Lead client engagements, from diagnostics to delivery, applying our methodologies.
• Design target legal operating models and implement transformation roadmaps
• Oversee legal technology implementation projects, ensuring effective integration into enterprise systems (e.g. CLM, AI, Matter and Spend Management)
• Drive managed services design and transition, enabling scalable delivery of contracting and legal processes.
• Facilitate client workshops to capture requirements and prioritise initiatives by value, risk, and feasibility.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, thought leadership, and pre-sales support.

Leadership & Management

• Manage multi-disciplinary engagement teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to KPMG standards.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, contributing to their development and the growth of the practice.
• Collaborate across KPMG service lines and global teams to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions.

Skills & Experience

• Strong consulting or professional services experience, ideally with exposure to legal, contracting, or compliance.
• Proven experience in leading delivery of transformation projects (e.g. CLM, operating model, process redesign).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and traditional).
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders and build lasting client relationships.
• Experience with legal technology platforms (e.g. Ironclad, CPAI, DocuSign CLM, iCertis, SirionLabs, Wolters Kluwer, Harvey) is desirable.
