We have a fantastic opportunity for Senior Managers to join our Transactions Assurance team and work with companies on the audit and assurance requirements of both UK and US initial public offerings, and with a wide variety of project based assurance and accounting topics, including carve out transactions, acquisitions and opening balance sheet audits and complex private equity transactions.

Our Programme Advisory and Capital Excellence (PACE) team operates within KPMG’s Major Projects Advisory (MPA) practise. We deliver high impact outcomes for clients across the UK and beyond, with a focus on infrastructure and project, programme and portfolio (P3M) excellence.  

Our team brings together cross-sector experts in complex project and programme delivery, strategic portfolio management and capital delivery transformation.
