The Role

Your responsibilities as an Assistant Manager:

The Team

KPMG Managed Services provide an innovative and cost-effective solution to the delivery of large-scale review and/or processing activity across multiple industries, geographies and processes. The Role

Role and person overview

You will primarily be working within the Legal Services Immigration department, as part of the KBS Immigration team (Internal Account) within the London office. As a Immigration Consultant you will be responsible for supporting our business and stakeholders in ensuring our visa processes within People Operations are followed, maintained and allow the firm’s immigration licence to remain compliant.

Role Summary
KPMG’s MSS (Managed Security Services) helps defend KPMG and its clients from cyber-attacks, through timely detection, investigation and remediation of potential threats.
The role holder is responsible for the continuous investigation of correlated security event feeds and the appropriate escalation in case of an identified security incident. They are the primary contact for any suspected security incident and work together with the member firm local Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) and remediation team on resolving incidents and remediating threats to KPMG.

- Lead at least one internal initiative in the Finance in M&A - Working Capital team
- Feed intellectual capital created during projects back into the Partners and Directors
- Regularly participate in interviews and assessments
- Develop methodologies - implement/test changes related to the way we approach projects and delivery
Experience & Expertise
- Educated to at least Bachelor’s degree-level
- Fluency in English
- Demonstrated experience at Associate Director level or equivalent, gained through advisory or industry (or a mix of both) with a solid track record of leading Working Capital programmes helping organisations optimise their working capital management to drive business and enhance their financial position
- Expertise on AP, AR and inventory optimisation and comprehensive working capital analytics
- Extensive experience across Cash & Working Capital, management
- Intimate understanding of at least one of the following key sectors: Automotive, Aerospace, FMCG, Retail, Industrial Manufacturing, Private Equity & Hedge Funds, Chemicals, Industrial Manufacturing, Metals & Mining, Telecommunications and Utilities
- Strong track-record in Change Management and behavioural change
- Comfortable with a range of analytics platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Alteryx, etc. (desirable)
