The Opportunity:

• We are seeking talented individuals with experience in Workforce Transformation to design and shape the future workforce for our clients, taking a data and evidence led approach.
• Through Workforce Transformation we help our clients to navigate complex workforce transformation programmes through identification and adoption of workforce strategy, skills, workforce mix, employee experience, location, change management and more.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:

• You will have proven experience in helping clients to shape and deliver Workforce Transformation solutions including:

o Designing workforce transformation programmes to roll out data-driven workforce strategies that maximize the capabilities to match future ambitions
o Strategic Workforce Planning: developing future proofed organisational structures fit for a digital environment, moving away from traditional hierarchies and functional groups
o Operational Workforce Planning: developing solutions to challenges faced by our clients in resource management, capacity planning and short term workforce planning.
o Workforce Analytics: utilising data analytics to drive insight on people and organisation from organisational data
o Workforce Optimisation: ensuring that the workforce is optimised to move quickly between products, services, tools and geographies to meet client needs

• You will be proficient in some of the workforce management and analytics tools such as Microsoft WPA, Kronos, Retain, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlickview, Splunk.
• You will possess knowledge and experience in the workforce analytics modules of key human capital systems such as Workday, Oracle, SNOW.
• Advanced excel/data modelling skills are desirable but not essential

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:

• HR Assessments: reviewing the current operating environment with the objective to identify issues and opportunities for improvement
• Operating Model / Service Delivery Model: developing and implementing a Service Delivery Model which includes definition, design and implementation of roles, responsibilities, span of control within HR, governance structures, HR Shared Services and CoE strategy, development and set up
• Business Case and Roadmap: building the business case to demonstrate a value proposition for senior management to make a decision to move forward projects
• HR Technology and Strategy: understanding of cloud based technology (ideally Workday, Oracle and / or SuccessFactors) and a point of view on how HR tech drives HR Service Delivery
• Cloud implementation: experience of working on a HR cloud system implementation is desirable but not essential
• Experience as a HR Practitioner would be desirable but not essential

Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled individual with experience in delivering system change management programmes in the Banking sector, including client engagements ranging from small organisational changes to large scale transformational programmes, specifically:

• Provide specialist and technical input and review of others’ inputs in the design and development of change management project deliverables
• Contribute behavioural change management initiatives in P&C/Banking sector. This may include working with key account teams to scope opportunities or help to develop proposals to meet client requirements

Required Skills:

• Communications – experience and expertise in stakeholder management, engagement and communication skills, both in writing and orally
• Cultural change – experience in cultural diagnostic, design and implementation of cultural change programmes (understanding and articulating the key drivers of cultural change)
• Organisational performance management - helped organisations to minimise underperformance during the change through the design and delivery of a variety of interventions

o Sustain it – including rollout workforce transition plan, manage future state organisation go-live and monitoring effectiveness of future state organisation design

Role Description

We are seeking talented individuals with experience of Behavioural Change Management (BCM) to join our growing Corporates team, working closely with clients across Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Aerospace & Defence.

Candidates should have demonstrable knowledge, experience and proficiency relevant to a number of our BCM areas (e.g. deep practical expertise across the following):

• Stakeholder analysis, engagement and management
• Case for change agreement and leadership alignment
• Communication and engagement strategy, planning and delivery
• Change Risk and Impact assessment and management
• Change leadership assessment, gap analysis, implementation planning and delivery
• Culture assessment, gap analysis, implementation planning and delivery
• Change Plan development and implementation
• Change Metrics identification, assessment and management
• Digital change tool deployment and implementation

Experience of delivering BCM as part of a business or functional transformation is highly desired. BCM in support of technology implementation is also desired.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Project manage client work and/or manage a single workstream within a more complex change programme
• Manage a small team of consultants, likely to include a mix of onshore and offshore team members
• Work closely with the client project manager and team members to successfully deliver project outcomes
