An opportunity to work as part of the People Analytics team providing reporting support across KPMG with focus on Learning Analytics.

The People Analytics and Systems team is responsible for the provision of all UK People systems and processes and for providing accurate and timely management information to a variety of internal clients within the People Function and the wider firm.

The successful candidate will be based in the Watford office as part of the People Analytics team. This will involve working closely with all areas of the People function and the wider business as necessary. This is a fantastic development opportunity for anyone with a particular interest in Management Information.

Applicants will have hands on experience within a busy HRIS team across a wide range of HR related applications including reporting, data analytics and process improvement. Excellent communication and problem solving skills will also be required to succeed in this role.

The role holder maybe required to travel to other KPMG offices.


Key Responsibilities

-Providing reporting and analytics for the People function through the use of data from the HR systems landscape, maintaining high standards of accuracy and presentation

-Administration & re-engineering of processes to support the wider People function, to leveraging technology to drive efficiencies

-Drive through People information changes to support business processes and practices – gather and guide requirements, create specifications, work with developers to enable and test changes

-Assist in and own the delivery of a number of People information projects and work as the technical expert in wider People function projects

-Identifying and raising issues with data integrity and work with the appropriate teams to make improvements through training and documentation

-Provide SAP, SuccessFactors, reporting and Excel support to the People Function and assist in training when required

- Administration of a central mailbox, and responding to all queries in a timely manner



The Person

Skills & Experience


The successful individual should have a minimum of two years experience working in a similar role, ideally within HR but not essential

-Experience and understanding of other HR systems; including Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management and Development & Learning

-Advanced skill level in Microsoft office applications in particular Microsoft Excel with a focus on complex formulae, data analysis and VBA

-Advanced knowledge of reporting across numerous systems and datasets, must be highly numerate with data analysis skills and the ability to use these to drive data integrity and support function initiatives

-Experience of gathering business requirements for system changes as well as advising on possibility functionality, creating functional specifications, working closely with technical resources, performing testing and driving through training and user adoption

-Experience in administration of IT systems / databases, including knowledge of SQL, would be beneficial

-Strong communication and problem solving skills

-Ability to manage and prioritise workload fed from various sources

You will primarily be working within the Legal Services Immigration
department, as part of the KBS Immigration team (Internal Account) within the
Watford office.

You will be based out of our Watford office with travel to our
other KPMG offices as required. You will be undertaking advisory and
administrative support for KPMG internal immigration cases. You will also be
required to provide guidance and advice to the RTW admin team where required.
Key responsibilities include:

· Undertaking KPMG internal immigration
cases, mainly in the following categories:
o Tier 2 (General)
o Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer)
o Tier 5 (Government Authorised Exchange)
o Ancestry
o Spousal visas
o PBS Dependant visas
· Liaising closely with KPMG employees,
HR and Global Mobility contacts during the application process
· Answering a wide variety of ad hoc
queries covering areas such as right to work, sponsor compliance and document
keeping duties
· Managing cases with varying
levels of complexity
· Project managing and advising the
business on group moves
· Ensuring all cases are handled with
accuracy and expedience
· Keeping up to date with changes to the
global immigration landscape

Whilst working with the Right to Work team you will be responsible
for ensuring the right to work and visa processes within the People Operations
team are followed, maintained and kept compliant. You will take ownership and act as the key
contact for all queries and actions necessary to support the Firm’s employee’s right
to work whilst ensuring we deliver an exceptional level of service in
accordance to tight timescales. Guidance and advice should be sought from your
Manager.

Stakeholder Management



· Proactively develop strong and enduring relationships with key
stakeholders – including business contacts, internal HR teams, external
stakeholders and associates.
· Proactively work to educate both the RTW admin team, COE’s and the
business on the visa immigration process
· Have the ability to take a logical and systematic approach to
issues, thinking outside of the box and weighing up all options available to
make an informed decision.
· Work as part of a team within neighbouring People Centre of
Excellence teams and the business to ensure a smooth and seamless service is
given to the new and existing colleagues.
· Liaise with international HR contacts to support the visa process
for transferring employees.

Case Management



· Hold a good understanding of the visa process and different tiers
of right to work
· Manage high volumes of case work independently
· Ensuring system compliance using the relevant reporting and
processes
· Prioritise workload in accordance to urgency and adhere to agreed
SLA’s and KPI’s.

Inbox Management



· Manage high volumes of queries independently,
· Ability to draft non-standard communication,
· Ability to influence, whilst educating the business with
immigration processes
· Take a commercial, considered stance to risk assessment linking in
with the compliance teams and escalating issues as appropriate to a HR Business
Advisor before escalation to the relevant CoE;

Right to Work Maintenance


· Quality assurance tasks including; frequent audits of RTW
documents and Compliance files
· Ensuring work is accurate first time and that all legal
requirements are met
· Incident resolution and prevention activity

· Coach new joiners on key processes and approaches, providing
guidance as appropriate;
· Share knowledge and experience proactively across the team and be
recognised as a team player;

Qualifications
and Skills



It is expected that you will have at least 3 years of recent and
extensive immigration experience within a large organisation or mid-tier
immigration firm and can demonstrate strong administration skills.
· Have an ability to build relationships and communicate with people
at all levels;
· High levels of resilience, with experience of working in a highly
pressurised client centric environment;
· Effectively work with minimal supervision;
· Possess excellent attention to detail;
· Be an excellent communicator – written and verbal;
· Have strong organisational, literacy and numeracy skills;
· Ability to prioritise task list;
· Have a good degree of IT proficiency, including; Microsoft Excel
and SAP or equivalent HR system.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25th May 2018. GDPR is a critical regulation with which we must comply. The People function are seeking an Assistant Manager to join the People Analytics and Systems team to work within the People Function on GDPR related projects. The role will be based in Watford.

Reporting to: People Data & Privacy Officer


Key Responsibilities:



• Reviewing and creating digital maps of existing and new business processes mapping and defining system inputs and outputs
• Dealing with GDPR queries from the People Function
• Facilitate workshops to understand and document business processes
• Understand GDPR compliance standards and translate them into business and data management requirements
• Assist existing GDPR Project Manager and team in establishing the People GDPR team
• Assisting to develop processes within the People Function to ensure on-going GDPR compliance
• Maintain stakeholder expectations and raise appropriate issues to project managers as necessary
• Proactively drive forward assigned areas of the project
• Proactively identify business processes and systems that relate to personal data
• Act as a Championing data protection and privacy network leader
• Run project work streams within the People Function
