Role Description
You will be empowered to manage and lead all aspects of Immigration applications for new and existing KPMG employees. The Role
- Provide strategic leadership & operational oversight across all aspects of the Immigration process, ensuring day to day execution of service commitments including rigorous quality controls and service enhancements.

The role:
The proposed role would sit within our People Consulting (PC) service line. Our IGH PC team helps to transform the performance of public sector organisations by changing the way people are led, managed and developed. We do this by focusing on two key areas:
i. delivering the people agenda on large scale, complex, transformational change programmes, and; ii. transforming corporate services through the implementation of leading-edge people and technology solutions.
We are seeking a talented individual with experience of delivering large-scale transformation engagements in the Education sector and other relevant parts of government. This includes: People Strategy, Operating Model Development, Process Design, Governance, and HR Technology. We are looking for a new Manager who can help drive our continued growth and focus on public and private sector clients.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record in management consulting, change management, or have held a relevant role within Higher Education, and will be expected to work as part of the wider PC and ESP teams within IGH, with a specific focus on:
1. Leading workstream teams to deliver high quality client engagements – this will typically be between 75%-80% of your time - delivering strong Engagement Profitability;
2. Working closely with client counterparts and team members to successfully deliver project outcomes;
3. Service Delivery Model implementation: Supporting the development of new Service Delivery Models, including definition, design and implementation of roles, responsibilities, span of control, governance structures, Shared Services strategy and roll out;

Candidate Summary:
