The Role
This role is a leadership position in the Powered Enterprise HR team, where the successful candidate would be expected to pursue, win and deliver large scale technology programmes.

Responsibilities

- Supporting activities to identify, pursue and win technology-enabled HR Transformation programmes with our Clients


- Managing and influencing a wide range of stakeholders at all levels within client organisations.





- Producing, supervising and managing the risks associated with the production of high quality and complex deliverables in a Project, Programme or Change capacity, with exceptional attention to detail.





- Understanding clients’ issues and providing appropriate solutions, with proven experience of effectively navigating clients through a clear thought process to resolve highly complex issues





- Leading a successful team (preferably as a lead of a large programme or multiple work-streams) and the recruitment, development and coaching of team members





- Leading sales effort and taking full ownership of client propositions and pitches for work within areas such as Solution Architect, Programme delivery, Digital transformation programmes and/or implementing Agile delivery programmes at scale

Qualifications & Skills











- Managing large scale technology enabled business transformation programmes across the full project lifecycle, with focus on Enterprise Applications.


- Experience in implementing cloud SaaS based solution is desirable but not essential





- Strong experience of implementing process, technology and operational change.





- Functional and business requirements knowledge of IT systems and platforms.





- Effective communication capabilities with the interpersonal skills to build strong and lasting client relationships and the ability to leverage their existing network





- Commercially minded with the ability to identify new opportunities, and convert these into sales





- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct and present creative and innovative solutions to clients.

- A track record of leading the delivery of high quality and successful projects for large enterprises FTSE 150 / Fortune 500. Experience is likely to be gained working for a major System Integrator or Big 4 firm.


- Significant subject matter knowledge/experience of the technology industry, current and anticipated future trends, with the ability to respond to unprecedented periods of change and the impacts these have on our clients





- Experience of system selection and implementation, with the ability to provide clients good insights into existing technology products available in the market





- Direct experience in implementing Enterprise Applications covering one or more of Oracle HCM, Workday HR, ServiceNow HR





- Proven ability to generate sell-on’s during engagements and encourage cross-sells for other business areas





- Leading client workshops and events

The Role
Your responsibilities as a Manager:
• Engagement delivery: leading and managing projects or work-streams of a small to medium size and complexity (including planning and organising work packages, overseeing data gathering and analysis, summarising insights and presenting results, owning client relationships and preparing and chairing client meetings and workshops)
